Summary

The Associate Director, People Analytics will execute and drive the strategic vision for People Analytics aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices. This role will collaborate with HR and Business leadership to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives that drive business outcomes and support HR strategies. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing actionable recommendations to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and performance. This role will be responsible for creating data governance standards that will ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HRIS data. Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership Stakeholder Engagement:

In collaboration and partnership with the Director, HR Systems People Analytics, this role will drive the strategic vision for People Analytics aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Collaborate across each functional area of HR working with COEs, HR and Business leaders to understand their specific data needs and requirements, ensuring People Analytics initiatives drive business outcomes and support HR strategies throughout the employee lifecycle.

Communicate analytical findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Establish robust trust-based relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating the capacity to effectively impact and influence when necessary.

Provide guidance and development opportunities to team members to enhance their analytical skills and drive individual and collective success.

- Data Analysis, Insights Governance:

Develop and implement data analysis strategies to extract meaningful insights from people data.

Ability to provide comprehensive metrics and apply strategic insights to optimize talent acquisition, compensation, retention, diversity, and learning strategies, resulting in measurable improvements in organizational performance. This includes tracking and analyzing metrics across functional areas such as (but not limited to) quality of hire, candidate satisfaction scores, training completion rates, knowledge retention levels, pay equity analysis, representation across various demographic groups, diversity hiring goals, employee engagement analysis, and employee relations case trends.

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing actionable recommendations to improve HR processes and performance.

Establish and enforce robust data governance standards to ensure the ethical and compliant use of people data showcasing a strong commitment to data security and privacy.

Implement processes to regularly test, audit and validate HR data to maintain high data quality standards.

- Reporting and Visualization:

Design, create and validate comprehensive HR reports and dashboards using a variety of reporting and data visualization tools.

Support cross-functional teams to build customized reports that meet specific departmental requirements.

Provide ongoing support along with continuous improvements of solutions to enhance and evolve over time in alignment with changing and evolving business needs.

- Technology Optimization:

Partner with IT and HRSPA teams to enhance HRIS systems and tools to improve data capture, storage, efficiency, and accessibility for analytical purposes.

Provide analytical support across functional areas of HR to streamline and automate metrics processes. Collect, integrate and analyze HR data from diverse systems, employing data mining and analysis methodologies that contribute to predictive analytics and the development of leading indicators, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to optimize People analytics capabilities.

Provide strategic direction for leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance workforce insights.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and its application in HR and People Analytics. Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to strengthen decision-making processes, optimize talent management, and improve overall workforce effectiveness.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)

  • Bachelor's Degree HR, Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field required

  • Master's Degree preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 7 or More Years Experience in reporting, People Analytics, data analysis, or a related role. required

  • Proven track record of translating business challenges into data-driven solutions, fostering a forward-thinking approach to workforce planning and development required.

Travel

Ability to travel up to 5%
